podr\u00e1n establecer y exigir tributos, de acuerdo con la Constituci\u00f3n y las leyes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ley 2\/2004 Reguladora de Haciendas Locales<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Art. 20.3: <em>las entidades locales podr\u00e1n establecer tasas por cualquier supuesto de utilizaci\u00f3n privativa o aprovechamiento especial del dominio p\u00fablico local, y en particular por los siguientes:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>k) Tendidos, tuber\u00edas y galer\u00edas para las conducciones de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, agua, gas o cualquier otro fluido incluidos los postes para l\u00edneas, cables (\u2026) que se establezcan sobre v\u00edas p\u00fablicas u otros terrenos de dominio p\u00fablico local o vuelen sobre ellos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>Como recaudar esta tasa:<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>El ayuntamiento nos har\u00e1 llegar un listado de referencias catastrales de terrenos municipales para poder valorar el importe a percibir anualmente por dicha tasa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una vez valorado se le ofrecer\u00e1 al ayuntamiento la posibilidad de realizar los informes necesarios para ingresar dicho importe junto con la ordenanza correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
